I Help You Find An Elevated Perspective
...because from above, it's easier to see how to get where you want to go. I have years of experience leading groups, organizing and developing programs, and mentoring leaders. I hold a degree in Intercultural Communication and am a member of the International Coaching Federation. Travel, photography and Spanish, are my out of office passions. I live in the Seattle area with my husband Monty and my rescue dog, Evie.
A student of people
I love connections, puzzles, and making sense of patterns. As a long time student of culture and language, I have learned to read between lines and hear what is being said in the subtext. This skill beautifully translates to coaching. It enables me to shine light on my client's own subtext so they can see patterns, hidden connections, and missing pieces of their own story.

Always ready to embark on the next adventure, I embrace new opportunities, first times, and discovery. I believe in the continuum of the human experience--that we hold the good and the bad, the joyful and the painful, hope and realism, all at the same time. As a result, I help my clients find new roads forward without being dismissive of the past. Balance.
My Approach: Behind the Scene
I take a behind the scenes approach to coaching, supporting my clients to THRIVE through cultivating self-awareness, identifying and aligning values and goals, and creating actionable steps towards fulfilling them. Every individual has the power to live in their full potential. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to practice blameless discernment towards themself, others, and circumstances resulting in an realistic view of what is, and a confident outlook on what can be.
